ⓘ Departure MPOR only — stayover impact
Because Lightspeed does not provide a reliable daily stayover count, MPOR for The Carlton is calculated using departure rooms only. On days with high occupancy and few checkouts, housekeepers are still cleaning stayover rooms — but those rooms are not counted in the denominator. This will cause Departure MPOR to appear artificially high on those days. A reading above 60 min is likely a signal of a heavy stayover day rather than a true efficiency problem. Use the CPOR and OT columns alongside MPOR to get a fuller picture, and compare high-MPOR days against the tape chart to confirm stayover volume.
